Our 2021 Cavern Select Grenache has notes of black cherries, cinnamon, and dried herbs. Flavors of raspberry preserves, leather, and clove on the full mid-palate with fine grained tannins and a lingering finish.

A truly Classic California Cabernet Sauvignon with lush overripe to dried black and blue fruits dominating the mid-palate, an array of savory herbaceous aromatics with a whisper of green olive, and this beautiful dusty sandalwood which helps envelope the velvety tannins. A limited production wine from the Willow Creek District.

Rich, bold and full-bodied with aromas and flavors of ripe blackberries, baking spice and dried herbs. The 2020 shows firm, velvety tannins with balanced acidity and a long fine-grained finish. 

Aromas of berry cobbler, and savory herbs, and tobacco. The wine is full-bodied with fine grained tannins on the mid-palate and a long finish. Pair with smoked meats, burgers, Spanish style tapas.
