Our 2021 Cavern Select Grenache has notes of black cherries, cinnamon, and dried herbs. Flavors of raspberry preserves, leather, and clove on the full mid-palate with fine grained tannins and a lingering finish.

A truly Classic California Cabernet Sauvignon with lush overripe to dried black and blue fruits dominating the mid-palate, an array of savory herbaceous aromatics with a whisper of green olive, and this beautiful dusty sandalwood which helps envelope the velvety tannins. A limited production wine from the Willow Creek District.

Our 2021 Cavern Select Carignan has notes of black plum, pomegranate, and herbs. Flavors of raspberries and peppercorn on the mid-palate with a velvety fine grained tannin finish.

The 2021 Meritage has notes of raspberries, dried herbs, currants and cocoa on the nose. Flavors of sandalwood and bramble on the palate. This is a stout wine with a mouthwatering finish.

Notes of blackberry, sweet tobacco, and chocolate on the nose. Flavors of boysenberry preserves, black currant, and dried herbs fill out this round, full bodied wine. The wine has beautiful dusty tannins and a soft lingering finish.
